Participants agree to actively engage in the pilot program by:
Using the DeepGrade platform during the agreed timeframe.
Providing feedback on usability, performance, and overall experience to help improve the product.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with their school's data protection policies.

DeepGrade adheres to UK GDPR regulations. Any data collected during the pilot program will be used solely for the purposes of improving the DeepGrade platform and will not be shared with third parties. Participants agree to the collection of non-sensitive, anonymized data (e.g., usage patterns, performance metrics) to assist in product enhancement.

All intellectual property rights related to the DeepGrade platform remain the exclusive property of Cloudsrus and Smartail UK. Feedback provided by participants may be used to improve the platform but does not grant participants any claim to ownership of the platform or its improvements.

Participation in the pilot program is free of charge for the agreed-upon duration. Cloudsrus and Smartail UK reserve the right to terminate the pilot program at any time with prior notice.

Participants may withdraw from the pilot program at any time by notifying the DeepGrade team in writing. If participants fail to actively engage in the pilot or breach these terms, Cloudsrus and Smartail UK reserve the right to terminate their participation.

Cloudsrus and Smartail UK are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the DeepGrade platform during the pilot program. The platform is provided "as is" during the pilot, and participants acknowledge that it may contain beta features subject to refinement.

Participants agree that their school/institution's name may be used in anonymized marketing materials (e.g., "A UK secondary school participated in the DeepGrade pilot program") unless explicitly requested otherwise.
